This year we are extremely grateful for our opportunity to partner with Koinonia Church to collect bags for our annual backpack drive. They collected bags after their Saturday church services for three weeks and were able to gather a total of 189 backpacks that will be put to good use by students in our community. We have not yet finalized the details to come of how we will be distributing our backpacks but be on the lookout on our socials for any updates.
Line Dance Classes Return!
We are happy to announce the return of our line dancing classes! Our classes are led by Ms. Alice Au who has beyond 10 years of experience at Chinese Christian Missions & Pui Ying Christian Services Society. Our first-class back is Monday, August 15th and we hope to see new and returning faces there, for some fun, low-impact exercise! You can register with this link.

Staff Appreciation Celebration
This month with a jam-packed office with seasonal staff and Canada Summer Jobs students we wanted to take the opportunity we had with all the staff we had to show our appreciation we had for them! We are so grateful for our staff and the effort they put into our organization as well as the positive environment that is collaboratively made by all our staff. We celebrated over burgers and fries from a local restaurant as well as some fun games!
