We are most grateful to Russ and Judy for their consistent and caring leadership, grounded in faith and strong commitment to their calling to Officership and the Army.  They will be missed in their current roles and in reflection upon 26 years of effective and impactful leadership, applied with love and zeal.  We wish them well as they transition and continue to serve the Lord in other ways in the future.
