Healthy Eating Community Kitchen seeks to help our neighbors in the community develop healthy living practices in all areas of their life. If you’re interested in learning how to cook healthy meals on a fixed income, want to improve your knowledge of nutrition and budgeting, and are willing to participate in 20 minutes of physical activity once a week for 6 weeks, this might be a good fit for you!
Thursdays: Noon – 2:30 PM
