Back-to-School Event 2025 

Our Back-to-School event supports Vancouver families by providing a new backpack with school supplies for elementary and high school students. Registration is required in advance of the event.

DETAILS:

Date: Tuesday, July 29^th, 2025

Time: 11AM-2PM

Location: 3213 Fraser Street, Vancouver

Participation: Pre-registered families can attend on July 29^th to receive their backpacks and enjoy a snack to go. Sorry, we can’t accept walk-ins.

ELIGIBILITY: 

• Students from kindergarten to Grade 7 can apply every year.
• High school students (Grades 8-12) can apply every two years; (if you are not sure when you last registered, we can check for you).
• If you are a guardian for the child, please submit a legal document verifying your guardianship, such as a court order or guardianship agreement.

REGISTRATION:

Timeline: From July 7^th at 9am to July 18^th at 3pm

Please provide the following details in your email/phone call:

1. Have you visited TSA Boundless Vancouver in the past two years (2023 or 2024)?
2. Have you applied for our Back-to-School event before? If yes, in what year?
3. Please confirm that you are a Vancouver resident, and you meet the low-income guideline (https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/t1/tbl1/en/tv.action?pid=1110024101)
4. Parent / Guardian’s legal name
5. Child’s Legal Name / Date of birth (yyyy/mm/dd) / Grade / Gender
6. Your Contact Information: Phone number and Email address

• If you are a guardian for the child, please submit a legal document verifying your guardianship, such as a court order or guardianship agreement

• If you are new to TSA Boundless Vancouver, please submit the following documents (an in-person interview may be arranged if necessary):

1. Photo IDs (applicant and children)
2. Proof of Address (BC Hydro, any bill, rental agreement, etc.)
3. Proof of Income (2 months’ bank statements)

We can process registrations on a first-come first-serve basis, while supplies last. 

For as many families in need to be served, please register for our event only if you do not plan to receive a backpack from another organization or agency for the 2025/2026 school year. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
