Live to Move: Our First Exercise Class

We are pleased to offer our first exercise class for free, everyone from experts to newcomers is welcome. During the class, you can expect to get into some moderate activity using only your body-weight. If you wish to take part in the class be sure to follow this link.

Sign Up as Brave Boutique Volunteers!

Brave Boutique is an annual free back-to-fall shopping event for female-identifying youth aged 12-18. This year, the Brave Boutique will be held on August 15, 2022 (Monday) from 11 am to 4pm! All attendees will have an opportunity to shop for free, have access to hair care, and experience a day of empowerment. We are looking for volunteers to support us during the event.
